Processing Time

All items are made to order using my original photography. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business daysbefore being dispatched.

Processing times may vary during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • UK orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the product, size, and delivery location.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond my control. However, if your order appears to be significantly delayed, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage so that a replacement or resolution can be arranged.

If an order is lost in transit, please allow sufficient time for delivery before contacting me so I can investigate with the courier or print provider.

International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
